MAXIMIZE YOUR CANDLE LIFESPAN

The Ritual of Candle Care

01

Trim the Wick to 5mm

Always trim your cotton wick before lighting. A trimmed wick ensures a steady flame, prevents mushrooming, and stops soot.

02

The First Melt Pool

Allow the wax to melt completely across to the edges on your first burn (2–3 hours). This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn forever.

03

Max 4 Hours Per Burn

Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours in one sitting. Overheating degrades the delicate fragrance oils and burns wax too quickly.

04

Snuff, Never Blow

Extinguish using a candle snuffer or gently replace the lid to deprive the flame of oxygen. This eliminates smoke and keeps the room fragrant.
